Initiative

The N wanted to support specific charities, while at the same time increase traffic to their web property by linking on-air programming with immediately relevant online content.

Solution

The N auction ( www.the-Nauctions.com ) showcased a separate show each week for 4 weeks. Each night of the week a particular item being worn by one of the characters, which was featured on the particular show, was auctioned. The shows Beyond the Break, Instant Star, Degrassi and South of Nowhere were included in the initiative. Integrating the auction into the programs to give fans a great experience on-air coupled with an online activity was a proven community builder.
